The fifth session will address forms and guidelines for researchers, copyright, photo and reproduction requests. Intellectual control of a collection or images and issues relating to intellectual control will be discussed. Lending and borrowing collections, legal liabilities and the logistics of transport will be briefly covered. Exhibit teams and their role in a museum will be discussed. Sample forms will include photography request, object movement, loans, shipping and receiving, and rights and reproduction agreements.
